What Shipping Side Projects Taught Me
Small, finished things beat big, unfinished ones
I used to start far more projects than I finished. The ones I actually shipped taught me more than all the half-built ideas combined.

The lesson
Done teaches you things that planned never will:
- Real users find problems you can't predict
- Finishing forces a hundred small decisions you'd otherwise avoid
- A shipped thing, however small, compounds — it's something to build on
So I keep the scope small enough to finish, and I finish it.
